The Die Hard star, 71, who shares Tallulah, 32, with actress ex, Demi Moore, 63, looks every inch the doting dad in the snap, as he continues to live with a heartbreaking dementia diagnosis.Bruce was diagnosed with aphasia in March 2022, followed by frontotemporal dementia less than a year later. His FTD affects language, but also the actor's personality as it causes gradual cognitive decline.Despite his heart-rending condition, Bruce, sporting a cap, hoodie and jeans, smiles as he puts his arm around his daughter in the rare photo as a beaming Tallulah leans in for a cuddle before waltzing down the aisle with musician, Justin Acee. The artist captioned the snap: "A tender moment with my dad and Justin at the start of wedding weekend."Tallulah has previously shared how Justin has helped her as she copes with father Bruce’s devastating decline. Speaking with PEOPLE in August 2024, Tallulah said that “waking up laughing with my partner would be the best kind of day, which I will be honest happens a lot.”Sadly a year later she admitted she was heartbroken at the thought of her dad not being able to give Father of the Bride speech.Admitting that Bruce's health had left her in tears, she told Vogue magazine: “His unresponsiveness broadened, and I sometimes took it personally. He had had two babies with my stepmother, Emma Heming Willis, and I thought he’d lost interest in me."Tallulah finally realised her father's health was declining when she was at a wedding and the father of the bride gave a heartfelt speech. She shared: "Suddenly I realised that I would never get that moment, my dad speaking about me in adulthood at my wedding. It was devastating,” she recalled. “I left the dinner table, stepped outside, and wept in the bushes.”Father-of-five Bruce shares daughters, Rumer, 37, Scout, 35, and Tallula, 32 with Demi, 63, and also has two other daughters, Mabel, 14, and Evelyn, 12, with wife Emma Heming Willis, 50.Emma broke down in tears last year when she revealed she had moved the Hollywood star out of their family home.The mum-of-two has been by her husband's side since he was diagnosed in 2022. However, in August last year, she made the heartbreaking decision to move Bruce into a second home - which is close to the family's main residence - so that he can be looked after by carers 24/7.Revealing she had faced criticism for making the 'hardest decision', Emma fought back tears at the End Well 2025 conference as she opened up about the scrutiny both she and fellow caregivers were under.Insisting she was faced with an "impossible" decision regarding Bruce's living arrangements, she admitted: "This is not how I envisioned our life.Article continues below"These are hard decisions.
