India’s primary market, which has already seen 42 mainline companies raise Rs 54,378 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs), is set for another busy week, with five companies scheduled to launch their public issues between August 17 and August 21, seeking to raise a combined Rs 5,499.32 crore.Among them, Horizon Industrial Parks alone accounts for nearly 47% of the total fundraising planned through the five IPOs. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is the second-largest issue, while the remaining three offerings together account for around Rs 1,199.32 crore.The fundraising will begin on Monday, August 17, with Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart opening their IPOs. Horizon is looking to raise Rs 2,600 crore, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is targeting Rs 1,700 crore. Both issues will remain open until August 19.Horizon Industrial Parks has set a price band of Rs 57-60 per share, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has fixed its price band at Rs 190-201 per share. Both companies are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE.Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures to open on August 18Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures will open their issues on August 18. Shankesh Jewellers is seeking to raise Rs 367.18 crore, with a price band of Rs 88-93 per share, while Sunshine Pictures plans to raise Rs 282.14 crore, with its price band set at Rs 342-360 per share. Both issues will remain open for subscription until August 20 and are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE.The week’s final IPO will be Gaja Alternative Asset Management, which will open for subscription on August 19 and close on August 21. The company is looking to raise Rs 550 crore through the issue, with a price band of Rs 152-160 per share.
