The procedure is performed under general anaesthetic. Post-op, I was a bit sore and couldn’t exercise or have sex for a month. Two years later, I’m still ‘dry’. It will last between two and seven years. Heat stimulates new collagen which creates a younger-acting vagina. It’s painless and slightly embarrassing but only lasts eight minutes.
