Former Chennai Mayor and Manidhaneyam Trust Chairman Saidai Duraisamy on Friday met former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) director Mylswamy Annadurai, who is the Chairman of the School Education Curriculum Design Committee, and sought the inclusion of topics pertaining to physical health, health care, medical sciences, nutrition, including AYUSH and evidence-based practices in modern medicine in the curriculum.A release said, the inclusion of such topics in the curriculum is expected to prevent adolescent children from using drugs and prevent the risk of long-term addiction.
