Crude oil and refined product futures prices were rising Friday morning amid the ongoing stalemate between the U.S. and Iran, with contracts on track to end the week with solid gains.

U.S. crude prices were up by less than 1% at about 11:15 a.m. ET, with September West Texas Intermediate crude trading 37cts higher to $81.62/bbl and October prices adding 38cts to $80.82/bbl.

Brent crude was up by about 0.9%, with October prices advancing 81cts to $87.88/bbl and November seeing gains of 71cts to $85.93/bbl. WTI prices are up about $3.30/bbl on the week while Brent is seeing gains of more than $4/bbl.

Gasoline futures were leading refined products higher Friday, with September RBOB up 1.76cts to $3.1456/gal and October prices rising by 1.39cts to $2.8805/gal.

September ULSD futures were trading up 1.05cts to $4.2611/gal and October was seeing gains of 0.81ct to $4.2611/gal.
