An Army gynecologist who has been accused of secretly recording patients has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. On Wednesday, he appeared before a military judge, Col. Jorge Rivera, at the Lawrence Williams Judicial Center at Fort Hood, Texas. Dr. Blaine McGraw was suspended from his role at Fort Hood in October 2025 after a patient accused him of secretly recording her during a gynecological exam, allegedly filming the individual without consent with a secret smartphone during a pelvic and breast exam. That patient's allegations were tied into what eventually unfolded into a broader civil complaint wherein investigators purportedly discovered thousands of photos and videos of women on McGraw's phone. By early December 2025, the U.S. Army Office of Special Trial Counsel formally preferred criminal charges against McGraw, confirming that four charges and 61 specifications were filed at the time under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
