Trilegal has advised Motilal Oswal Alternates and other entities in the Motilal Oswal Group on their investment of up to ₹1,500 crore in Inox Clean Energy, the integrated renewable energy platform of the INOXGFL Group. The investment was made through subscription to compulsory convertible debentures.The mandate was led by Trilegal partners Kunal Chandra, Joseph Jimmy, Richa Choudhary, Swathy Pisharody and Maitreya Rajurkar.
