Natco Pharma’s consolidated net profit declined 57 per cent at ₹206 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to ₹480 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. The total revenue of the Hyderabad based company stood at ₹794 crore marking a decline of 43 per cent in the quarter under review as against ₹1,390 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.“Decline is largely attributable to lower Lenalidomide revenue in the current quarter which was partially offset by growth in the base business,’’ the company said in a release. The proposed fund-raising could be through a public issue, preferential issue, rights issue, private placement, qualified institutions placement, or any combination of these or any other permitted method,The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share of ₹2 each, representing a 75% dividend, for the financial year 2026-27.The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the interim dividend has been fixed as August 20, 2026.
