Nearly 30 years after the killing of rap star Tupac Shakur, a jury has been chosen for the murder trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis.

According to The Guardian, on Thursday, twelve jurors and four alternates were picked after about an hour of court work.

‎Davis is the only person charged in connection with Shakur’s 1996 death in Las Vegas.

‎Prosecutors say Davis planned the drive-by shooting that killed Shakur near the Las Vegas Strip.
