Sauté until the spices become fragrant.Step 2: Add the soaked and drained basmati rice and sauté well, ensuring the grains are coated with the spiced ghee. Add 3 cups of water and salt, and mix well.Step 3: Cook the rice on low heat and let it come to a boil.
