Shares of Technocraft Ventures and LEAP India debuted on the bourses on Friday, with Technocraft Ventures witnessing a strong listing and LEAP India making a muted debut.Technocraft Ventures listed at a 34.4 per cent premium on the BSE at ₹285 and at a 34 per cent premium on the NSE at ₹284, against its IPO price of ₹212.After listing, the stock jumped to ₹334.40 on the NSE, trading with 58 per cent listing gains.LEAP India shares debuted at a 4.4 per cent premium on the BSE at ₹166, above the offer price of ₹159, while on the NSE, the stock listed at a 4.3 per cent premium at ₹165.90.

Technocraft VenturesThe ₹251.88-crore IPO of infrastructure company Technocraft Ventures Ltd received 38.69 times subscription on the final day. The issue received bids for 32,17,81,040 shares against 83,17,190 shares on offer, as per NSE data.The quota for non-institutional investors was subscribed 65.06 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category received 42.26 times subscription, while the retail investors portion was subscribed 25.35 times.Technocraft Ventures raised ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors. The company had fixed a price band of ₹200-212 per share for the issue.The IPO comprised a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23.76 lakh shares by promoter Kartikey Constructions.Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹150 crore will be used to fund the company’s working capital requirements, while the remaining amount will be utilised for general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses.Khambatta Securities was the book-running lead manager to the issue, while Bigshare Services - the registrar.LEAP IndiaThe ₹2,480-crore initial share sale of supply chain asset pooling firm LEAP India was subscribed 8.38 times overall. The portion for non-institutional investors received 12.64 times subscription, while the retail investors category was subscribed 1.71 times.The company mobilised ₹743.62 crore from a clutch of institutional investors, including Smallcap World Fund and Monetary Authority of Singapore. The price band for the offer was ₹151-159 per share.The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale worth up to ₹2,000 crore, taking the overall issue size to ₹2,480 crore.Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised towards repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings of the company, while the remaining amount will be used to meet its working capital requirements.Earlier, LEAP India raised around ₹371.3 crore through a pre-IPO placement, with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC’s subsidiary Gamnat Pte Ltd and hedge fund Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd among the investors.
