Super Consumers Australia estimates that more than 15.7 million of us have no binding death benefit nomination for our super.They surveyed 5000 people last year and found 67 per cent had not been contacted by their fund in the previous 12 months about making a legally binding nomination. Applied to the roughly 18 million Australians with super, that’s about 15.7 million.
