20,000 procedures completed at GRH cath lab

In a significant achievement in cardiac care, 20,000 procedures were completed at the cath lab (cardiac catheterization laboratory) at Government Rajaji Hospital in Madurai.The GRH doctors said 20,000 procedures was a significant number. The milestone was achieved last week and to rejoice at this milestone achievement a celebration was held at the hospital on Wednesday.In a celebratory note posted on GRH handles on social media platforms, GRH said: “We are proud to celebrate 20,000 procedures completed at our Philips Allura FD10 Cath Lab from 2017–2026.”“This reflects the dedication, expertise and teamwork of our Cardiology team, supported by our doctors, nurses, technicians and healthcare staff,” the note said.
