Dubai's parking operator reported a 14 per cent revenue increase in the second quarter of 2026, reaching Dh364.1 million.
Public parking transactions fell to 27.2 million, down from 29.2 million in the same period in 2025, partly due to geopolitical factors.
Total parking spaces grew by 27 per cent to 268,300, with the developer parking portfolio more than tripling to 61,500 spaces.
Parkin added 9,900 public parking spaces in the first half of 2026 in co-operation with the Roads and Transport Authority.
