According to Ms. Kakoti, the posts specifically referred to her and included a remark about finding a 15-year-old patriot to ‘show Ms. Kakoti her place’. The comment also discussed the protection available to minors under the law, including claims that a person below 15 years could avoid imprisonment or prosecution even for serious acts of violence. She said is awaiting a zero FIR to be registered. “I will follow what the law tells me to, and I believe I will be given justice. I have the right to live without fear,” she said.The controversy has, meanwhile, prompted organisations associated with Mr. Tripathi to distance themselves from him.
