MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. The military alliance between Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia was created solely for defensive purposes and is not directed against any country or group of countries, Pakistan's Ambassador to Moscow Faisal Niaz Tirmizi told TASS.
All alliance members support stability, peace and cooperation among peoples, he said.
"This agreement is defensive in nature. Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia stand for peace and stability, as well as contacts and cooperation among peoples. This alliance is not directed against any country," the diplomat said.
He further clarified that the military alliance between Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia is not directed against Russia. "This is an inclusive peace, and we believe that only regional countries can establish and maintain peace in this region," the Pakistani ambassador said.
