Quantum technology provider BTQ Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: BTQ) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ITCENGLOBAL CO., Ltd. (KOSDAQ: 124500) through its listed security platform subsidiary, ITCEN PNS Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ: 232830). The partnership establishes a commercial framework to integrate post-quantum cryptography (PQC), quantum-safe authentication, and hardware-rooted security architectures across South Korea’s financial, public-sector, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
