ARKHANGELSK, August 13. /TASS/. Ideas about a possible moratorium on combat operations in the Black Sea are being voiced through various channels, but Russia has not yet received any formal proposals on this matter, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told journalists.
Commenting on the summoning of the Russian ambassador to Japan's Foreign Ministry, he noted that Tokyo is barking up the wrong tree.
