(OTCQB:MTWO) reported Thursday that they signed a non-binding indication of interest to evaluate a potential business combination.

The proposed combination would span commodities trading, remediation and critical minerals while supporting the U.S. critical minerals supply chain. 30-Day Negotiation Period The companies plan to negotiate for an initial 30-day period, focusing on valuation, transaction structure, management and board composition.

The IOI contemplates an equity-exchange acquisition of M2i by Vivakor, though alternative structures remain under consideration.
