Lenovo reported first-quarter results on Thursday showing adjusted net income of $1.1 billion, up 176% from a year earlier, as demand for AI computers and servers drove the company's revenue to an all-time quarterly high.

For the quarter ended June 30, Lenovo's total revenue climbed to $26.9 billion, a 43% year-on-year increase that left the analyst consensus of $22.3 billion well behind, according to Brecorder. Adjusted net income crossed $1 billion for the first time, the company said.
