Russian forces attacked a train in the Odesa region for the second time on August 13.
Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia, told this to Suspilne, according to Ukrinform.
"There was another strike on a diesel locomotive that was carrying out shunting operations to allow trains to pass each other. The crew was warned in advance, and there were no casualties," Pertsovskyi said.
