This morning, we returned to the community of Ganim, one of the four communities that were evacuated, together with a wonderful community from the Bnei David institutions in Eli. Many thanks to Rabbi Eli Sadan, Rabbi Yehuda, his son, all our partners, Lior Shtul and, of course, the members of the group who are returning to settle in northern Samaria.”Smotrich also referred to additional settlements planned in Samaria.“This summer, we are establishing 11 new communities and physically moving onto the land in northern Samaria,” he said. “There were four, and there will be 18 communities, 11 of them immediately, including Homesh, Sa-Nur, Ganim and Kadim. And there is more to come.”Legalization of the Ganim community in Samaria Smotrich said the return to Ganim also has security significance.“Samaria is ours. It is an inseparable part of the Land of Israel and the State of Israel — the security belt of the State of Israel,” he said. “When we are in Ganim, there is security in Afula, Harish and Hadera. When we are in the southern Hebron Hills, there is security in Be'er Sheva, Kiryat Gat and Kiryat Malachi. And when we are in Samaria, there is security in Kfar Saba, Ra’anana, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon and Netanya.“We are strengthening the security belt, killing the idea of a Palestinian state and making clear that the Land of Israel is ours forever,” he said.At the end of his remarks, Smotrich claimed that “an Eisenkot-Liberman-Golan government would evacuate the new communities.”“It would evacuate the farms, return us to the dangerous Oslo path of establishing a terror state in the very heart of the Land of Israel and endanger Israel’s security,” he said. “The national camp must continue to lead the State of Israel, with a large and strong Religious Zionism party serving as its ideological and, above all, operational backbone — one that knows how to work and deliver results, just as we have done and will continue to do with the revolution we have brought about, a security revolution in Judea and Samaria.”
