The enemy attacked Izmail District, damaging port infrastructure and causing a fire at the sites of the strikes.
The Izmail District State Administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"During the night of August 13, the enemy once again attacked Izmail District. The enemy struck port infrastructure. The attack caused damage and a fire," the statement said.
Emergency Service units are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
