Maged Salim, 62, is trying to recuperate after undergoing cancer treatment but says he is subjected to the constant thudding of a bass coming from a venue near his Manchester home.
“All I want to do is rest”, says Maged.
His wife Meena Shah told The i Paper that the situation has become so bad that she feels “imprisoned in a home they can’t even sell” and feel like they are “stuck in a nightmare”.

The couple are among a number of residents living in buildings near Diecast, an event and social space near Manchester Piccadilly Station, who say their lives are being impacted by noise and nuisance.
