A northern Virginia woman has shared videos of a federal agent pointing a gun in her face as she drives past him, shouting obscenities as Immigration and Customs Enforcement conducted operations in nearby buildings.The woman, identified as Carolina Molina, posted two videos on Instagram that showed the agent brandishing the firearm into her stopped vehicle while accusing her of following them.“Are you following us?” he hollers, his gun pointed at her open driver’s side window. “This is your warning! Stop following us … You almost ran us over!”Molina said she’s a licensed counselor and was driving around to attorney offices in Falls Church, Virginia, on Monday to drop off her business cards when she spotted the agents and called them a bitch, “cause that’s what they are,” she wrote with one of two videos she shared.The video shows an agent approach her blocked vehicle with a gun drawn.Instagram/tinyandstrongthingsThe second dashboard camera video shows her driving around a parking lot and hollering at an agent on a street corner as she passes him at a considerable distance, calling him “a ho.”“You’re a ho, you’re fucked up,” she says.She turns her car around and attempts to pass the agent’s parked vehicle when it pulls forward and abruptly stops in front of hers. The driver then quickly exits and brandishes a firearm at her while yelling.“I was looking down a barrel, and he could have shot me, and he could have gotten away with it,” she told local station WUSA9.“I know my laws. I’m an American citizen. I have the right. I have my First Amendment rights. I can say what I want, and I don’t feel like I should have a gun pointed to my head because you didn’t like being called a ho,” she went on.A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security accused her of driving “in circles” around the agents and attempting to “harm officers by weaponizing her vehicle against them — all in an attempt to help illegal aliens get away.”“Fearing for their safety, ICE officers conducted a vehicle stop of the driver,” the spokesperson said in a statement sent to HuffPost. “Necessary background information of the driver was taken and she could face criminal prosecution as a result of her actions.”Local Rep. Don Beyer (D) condemned the agents’ actions seen in the video and demanded accountability.“While I am relieved that she is safe, the habitual dishonesty and dangerous and unjustified escalation seen in this video matches what we have seen from ICE agents across the country,” he said in a statement on Tuesday. “This kind of misconduct and threat of force against members of our communities cannot be tolerated.”
