UC San Diego Health, West Health launch $40M accelerator for 'tech-forward' coordinated care

UC San Diego Health has launched a six-year, $40 million initiative alongside healthcare policy and access nonprofit West Health to build out a “tech-forward model” of coordinated care.  | The academic system and the nonprofit plan to develop a scalable model for timely, personalized care delivery, with an emphasis on care navigation and digital health tools.
