EnerSys Announces 10% Dividend Increase to $0.2875 per Share for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2027

EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial, infrastructure, and defense applications announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its quarterly cash dividend of 10% to $0.2875 per share of common stock payable on October 2, 2026, to holders of record as of September 18, 2026.
