The murderer and serial sex attacker Simon Levy will spend the rest of his days in prison after he was given a whole-life order at the Old Bailey today.
Last week he was found guilty of two murders and two rapes, among other offences. In a witness impact statements one of his rape victims told the court he had taken her soul and her dignity, calling him a ‘monster’.
His case has raised serious questions about how the police and other agencies allowed him to remain on bail, free to commit more crimes.
