OSOGBO — A former governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, Mr Adebayo Adedamola, popularly known as Fryo, has endorsed Governor Ademola Adeleke for the August 15, 2026 governorship election.
Adedamola was nominated by a faction of the PDP for the election and polled 919 out of 957 votes at the party’s primary held in Osogbo, the state capital.
However, his name was not included in the final list of candidates for the election released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
