Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) shares fell on Wednesday after significant shareholder Ancora Holdings Group proposed acquiring the company’s Building Adhesive Solutions segment for $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion in cash.
The decline came during a mixed session in which the S&P 500 gained about 0.2%, while the Materials sector fell roughly 0.9%.
