Eli Lilly and Co (NYSE:LLY) is intensifying its battle against the illegal distribution of its investigational drug, retatrutide.
The pharmaceutical giant on Wednesday filed six new lawsuits against U.S. businesses accused of peddling unapproved, black-market versions of the molecule, while concurrently referring hundreds of illicit operators to global law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
