Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Netflix is teasing the new YA series Crew Girl.
The streaming service shared a trailer for the show Wednesday featuring Miku Martineau (Bet).
Crew Girl is a teen drama set at the fictional Easton Prep, a prestigious school on the East Coast. Martineau stars as Teagan Tao, a 16-year-old sculler whose life is turned upside down by a family scandal.
Teagan is not only forced to move with her mom Ella (Jessica Pare), but also discovers there is no girls' rowing team at Easton, leaving her to serve as coxswain for the school's boys' varsity crew.
