Nigerian content creator Peller has opened up about his experience at his recent wedding, saying the actions of some members of his family left him frustrated and unhappy with how the ceremony unfolded.
The TikToker made the disclosure in a video on Wednesday while speaking about his wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis.
According to Peller, he had wanted the ceremony to be a relatively small gathering and had asked his family members to invite only a few people.
Speaking about the situation, Peller said in Pidgin English: “I told them, invite few people. I no say make una carry new boyfriend come, my mother carry her boyfriend come, and my daddy carry new girlfriend come. All of them will turn my wedding to party, eh!”He also complained about the family’s interest in appearing on social media during the occasion.
