The effective yield ranges from a minimum of 9 per cent/9.38 per cent for a NCD of 400 days under the cumulative/monthly option to 12.12 per cent/12.25 per cent for a NCD of 72 months under the monthly/cumulative option, per the gold loan company’s NCD prospectus.
The minimum application size is ₹10,000 across all Series of NCDs and in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter. The NCD issue, which comprises a base issue of ₹250 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹250 crore, aggregating up to a total ₹500 crore, opens on August 18, 2026, and closes on August 31, 2026.
