While earlier reports suggested the celebrity couple was set to get married last weekend, Rodríguez and Ronaldo married in a private civil ceremony a couple days later in Cascais, Portugal, on Tuesday — exactly one year after announcing their engagement. The newlyweds shared the happy update on Instagram with a close-up of their hands and a simple “C❤️G” caption, revealing Rodríguez’s slim yellow-gold wedding band on her left ring finger, while her enormous three-stone engagement ring remained slightly out of focus on her right.
