Celsius highlighted a weaker margin during its first quarter report, dated May 7, 2026. The company pointed to “the addition of Alani Nu and Rockstar Energy, both of which had a lower margin profile upon acquisition” for the soft 48.3% margin.
On August 6, 2026, Celsius reported its second quarter earnings and conceded margins continued to decline to 48.1% for the quarter. The company noted “improvements” to the integration of Alani Nu and Rockstar, but noted that failed to offset “higher promotional and incentive activity.”
