Pharmaceutical firm Scienture Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SCNX) on Wednesday officially initiated the commercial rollout of Rezenopy, a 10-milligram naloxone hydrochloride nasal spray.
The company has successfully fulfilled its initial purchase orders to pharmaceutical wholesalers across the U.S.
The release marks a significant growth milestone for the holding company, representing the nationwide distribution of its second product to receive federal regulatory approval.
Tackling High-Potency Synthetic Opioids
Rezenopy is currently the highest-dose naloxone nasal spray approved for the U.S. market. Packaged as a single-use device, the 10-milligram dosage is specifically formulated to combat emergencies involving highly potent synthetic opioids.
