Shares of Firefly Aerospace Inc.
(NASDAQ:FLY) climbed 4.17% during the pre-market trading session on Wednesday, following the company's upbeat second-quarter results after the bell on Tuesday.
Firefly Aerospace reported record Q2 revenue of $117.7 million, up 659% year over year and 45.5% from the previous quarter, beating analyst estimates.
The company also posted an adjusted loss of 42 cents per share, better than expectations.
Growth was supported largely by NASA, national security contracts, and a collaboration with Nvidia Corp.
