Global events company Mari has agreed to acquire ATG Entertainment, a major theatre operator with dozens of venues across Europe and Broadway.
ATG hosts 18 million theatregoers annually across 16,000 performances, operating landmark West End venues including the Lyceum, Apollo Victoria and Savoy Theatre.
Private equity firm Providence has owned ATG since 2013, with financial details of the acquisition remaining undisclosed pending regulatory approval.
Mari's portfolio spans premium live sports, art and entertainment properties, with UAE-based IMI Media Group holding a stake in the company founded by Ari Emanuel.
