Aug 12, 2026 – 6.05pmAtlassian billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes has privately settled his case against a former senior figure employed by his family office who was sued over allegations he downloaded more than 1000 confidential documents at the behest of Annie Cannon-Brookes.Cannon-Brookes Services, which is controlled by Mike Cannon-Brookes, sued company secretary Kevin Chiu after alleging he downloaded the files in November 2024.
