“Jimmy Kimmel Live” guest host Anthony Anderson on Tuesday said the heat wave should be a reminder to President Donald Trump of where he’s heading next. The contiguous United States experienced its hottest known month ever in July, beating a record set in 1936 during the peak of the Dust Bowl, per the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. “According to climate experts, July was the hottest month in America in more than 130 years,” Anderson noted. “But don’t take their word for it. Just ask this sweaty pumpkin.” With that, the comic/actor rolled footage of Trump repeatedly declaring that America was the “hottest country in the world” ― economically, at least ― thanks to his leadership. “Well, all I have to say is: wait till he gets to hell,” Anderson said. Anderson also mocked Trump for sneaking off Air Force One last month, using a different plane to dodge a supposed security threat from Iran and hiding in a catering truck to get from one plane to the other. According to the reports, Trump boarded Air Force One via the stairs on the right side of the image, then hid inside a catering container on the opposite side of the plane, which took him to a different aircraft.AP Photo/Alex Brandon“That’s the same way he used to get onto Epstein’s plane,” Anderson cracked. But he also spotted a glaring flaw in the attempt to hide the president. “Now, I’m no security expert, but if I was trying to find Donald Trump, a catering truck is the first place I’d look,” Anderson said. “Next time, hide his ass in a bookmobile.” See more in his Tuesday night monologue:
