Coronation Insurance Plc and Coronation Life Assurance Limited yesterday announced the successful conclusion of their recapitalisation exercise through an oversubscribed private placement.
The development significantly strengthened their capital base, positioning both firms to meet the new minimum capital requirements under the Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA) 2025.
