Two years ago, the England-based Four Quarters polo team—owned by businessman Simon Arber and his wife, Romilla, the founder and CEO of Honesty Group—claimed their fifth win at the Royal Windsor Cup, earning a place in the tournament’s record books. The achievement came at Guards Polo Club, only a 12-minute drive from the team’s private headquarters, known as Emsworth Polo Grounds, near Windsor.
Built to support large-scale polo and equestrian operations, the Winkfield estate spans 72 acres with multiple residences, clubhouses, and six stable blocks for housing roughly 120 horses. The Arber’s raised their children at the property, where they developed relationships with polo stars like Adolfo Cambiaso and his son, Adolfo “Poroto” Cambiaso Jr., who have trained on site and competed alongside the Four Quarters team.

The property comprises 13 distinct buildings, including two turnkey residences, an American barn with attached apartments, and two studio flats. Alex Isidro, managing director of UK Sotheby’s International Real Estate, notes that strict development protections in the Windsor-Ascot corridor have made established properties of this scale increasingly scarce.
