Shares to Trade Split-Adjusted August 14 Under BYND
At a special meeting on November 19, 2025, stockholders approved 30 potential amendments, from which the board selected a 1‑for‑30 reverse stock split. The move is intended to help the company regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Under the split, every 30 shares of common stock outstanding will be automatically reclassified and combined into one share. No fractional shares will be issued; instead, shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
