In fact, from 2020-2024, McLaurin met this metric five straight times. Whether or not it's fair to saddle a rookie with the weight of an offense, or even a franchise (see Cam Ward), is irrelevant to what struggling teams most often ask of their new guys.Fortunately for Tate, while he certainly appears worthy of a task like that, he won't have to lead the Titans alone. Brian Daboll's offense appears fully equipped to allow Tate to ease into his role as Ward looks to the likes of Wan'Dale Robinson, Gunnar Helm, and others from under center.Buckeyes are as Buckeyes do.
