Stakeholders in the built environment will be converging on Lagos to explore future-proof solutions to reshape the continent’s real estate ecosystem at the Africa Real Estate Innovation Summit of Excellence (ARISE Africa) 2026.
“As the continent continues to rise, there is an increasing need for meaningful conversations, strategic partnerships, innovative solutions and investment opportunities capable of unlocking sustainable development at scale,” Emmanuel Abikoye, president, Billionaires Realtors Group (BRG) Network, said during a recent media parley in Lagos.
He added that the summit forms part of activities commemorating the 10th anniversary of BRG Network, an organisation that has played a significant role in the training, development and empowerment of real estate professionals, especially realtors across Africa.
According to him, the summit scheduled for August 15, 2026, is expected to bring together leading real estate stakeholders across Africa to explore innovative solutions, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships for the continent’s rapidly expanding property market.
“This summit provides a platform where ideas become opportunities, relationships become partnerships and vision becomes measurable impact. Together, we will explore the trends, technologies, investments and leadership required to shape the next chapter of Africa’s real estate story.” Related News US revokes over 175,000 visas over crimes, security threats Mercy Corps strengthens peacebuilding efforts for women, youths in Katsina communities ASUU-IMSU embarks on indefinite strike over unpaid salaries, others
