MANILA, Philippines — Gokongwei-led RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) reported a 44 percent increase in its first-half earnings as recent asset infusions and high occupancy boosted its performance

On Tuesday, RCR said it booked an unaudited net income of P4.95 billion in the first six months of 2026, excluding the effect of changes in the fair market value of investment properties.
