Trump Media & Technology Group reported a $238.1 million net loss in the second quarter, while recording a $360.6 million unrealized loss on digital assets and digital assets pledged in the first half of the year.

The company recorded $245.4 million in unrealized losses on digital assets during the six months ended June 30, alongside a $55.5 million loss on the reacquisition of pledged digital assets, according to an SEC filing on Monday.

It also reported a $52.2 million loss from derecognition and a $7.4 million unrealized loss on pledged assets.

Trump Media’s combined digital-asset holdings had a fair value of $597.7 million as of June 30, down from $904.4 million at the end of 2025.

The company held 9,477.16 BTC, worth $557.1 million, and 756.1 million Cronos, worth $40.6 million, at the end of the period, the filing shows.
