Realty firm Embassy Developments Ltd has posted a consolidated net loss of ₹234.40 crore for the June quarter on lower income.Its net loss stood at ₹165.64 crore in the year-ago period.Total income fell sharply to ₹241.28 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year from ₹694.05 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Monday.The company's board has also approved a preferential allotment of convertible warrants amounting to ₹363 crore to Embassy Group at a price of ₹111.51 per share, representing an 80 per cent premium over the prevailing market price and the regulatory floor price prescribed under the SEBI regulations.Embassy Developments is one of India's largest listed real estate developers. It is into the development of residential and commercial projects across key urban markets.The company has a presence in Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Indore.Published on August 11, 2026
