Siddharth Rastogi, MD of Roquette India
Roquette, a French company specialising in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, has appointed Siddharth Rastogi as Managing Director (MD) of Roquette India Pvt Ltd, effective July 1. He is also appointed Head of Commercial for Roquette’s Nutrition and Bioindustry (NBI) Business Unit in the Indian subcontinent.A media statement said he succeeds Virender Grover, who is retiring after more than a decade with Roquette in India.In his role of MD, Rastogi will represent the company with external stakeholders and drive the company’s ambitious growth agenda in India.5 manufacturing unitsWith more than 25 years of leadership experience across B2B and B2C sectors, Rastogi has held senior positions at Kerry Ingredients, Diageo, Olam International, Johnson & Johnson Medical, and Asian Paints.
